I became a Personal Trainer because I am passionate about health and fitness.

Expanding my skills base and increasing my knowledge of fitness enables me to assist, encourage, motivate and educate people in life.

1 Hour group classes for all ages, fitness levels & special requirements needed to participate in Group Fitness.

Body composition scanning to accurately measure fat & muscle mass.

WOMEN AND WEIGHT LOSS & OLDER CLIENTS

Understanding how every woman is different and how to adapt training to each individual older client.

PERSONAL & GROUP TRAINING

1 on 1 & Group Training focusing on knowledge and technique, keeping motivation and working on achieving goals.

STAGES OF CHANGE & CORRECTIVE EXERCISE

Addressing movement compensations & imbalances, improving quality of movement during workouts & everyday life.

PROGRAM DESIGN / CHALLENGES

Getting support in and out of sessions to stay on track/ connecting with Fitness Challenges/Competitions.
