Having a 1 on 1 personal training session with me will provide you with a direct focus allowing me to create customised sessions or a plan that is perfect for your needs.

With your health, body type, and fitness goals in consideration, I will support you throughout the process working on your individual needs.

group personal training

Small group personal training is a great cost-effective way to boost your training regime with individualised attention from me while having fun in a supportive atmosphere.

Working out with a friend will keep you enjoying the workout and you both accountable.

I can organise sessions on group goals focusing on each individuals’ interests.

Goal Setting/Reducing Time Wasting

I will help you set realistic, achievable goals and push you to reach them.

Working out on your own, it’s hard to know what goals are good for you. You may want to see progress right away, and get discouraged when you don’t.

I can help you plan for what works for you and to help you stick with it. I will keep you motivated even when it seems difficult. I will help you know what you need to do to reach your goals faster, so you avoid doing excess, ineffective work.

You can end up wasting time working out on your own, either by doing ineffective workouts, not working out long enough, or even losing ground because of missing workouts.

Working with me this will never be an issue. You’ll know exactly what to do and how much time to do it in, taking exactly the amount of time you need to meet your goals. I will help you figure out where you have gone wrong previously to put you on the right track.

During 1 on 1 Personal Training everything is personalized to suit you and your needs. My full attention is on you and your needs. Having the personalised attention is great because if there’s anything you want to work on specifically, you can tell me and I will be able to adapt the session to suit your needs.

Correct Technique and Injury Prevention

To get the maximum benefit from your workouts, you need the right form and technique.

Having the right education can help you choose the right workouts. You might not be reaching your fitness goals effectively, simply because you don’t have all the information you need.

Education can also help you prevent injury. It’s easy to get seriously injured when you don’t know much about the exercise you’re doing, since you could be doing it wrong without realizing it.

I will be able to correct your form as needed and help you get the most from your workouts.

Every person is unique, it is my job to help you achieve your goals working through you uniqueness. You might have a fear of using certain machines or equipment that I can help you with or work around. Or, you might have an old injury and need exercises that will take that into consideration.

It is my job to make sure I take into account all the things that make you unique, and designing the workout around that.


I will hold you accountable so you don’t miss out on your session.

If you don’t show up, you can expect me to call or text you to see why you’re not there. I will also help you set goals and keep you accountable to those goals.

Whether it’s to lose weight, gain muscle, or just feel healthier, our trainers work with you and hold you accountable in reaching those goals.
