My Story.
 My Mission.

I became a Personal Trainer because I am passionate about health and fitness.

Expanding my skills base and increasing my knowledge of fitness enables me to assist, encourage, motivate and educate people in life.

I want to help you discover the benefits and knowledge that I have gained. I will create an authentic experience when training you.

My commitment to you is to help you reach your goals and keep you goal focused. I will put in the extra time and effort to ensure you reach your goals.

I’m highly organised to ensure you get the most out of each session with me. I am motivated to push you and keep you accountable.

There are many ways to achieve your goals and I will be your guide to find your way!

My life experience has taught me the value of resilience. Having the ability to cope with unexpected changes and challenges in life while strengthening your capacity to deal with difficult situations is so important.

While it’s not always possible to prevent stressful or adverse situations, it’s important to give yourself the mindset and skills to get through that situation.

The Gym


I operate out of the Snap Fitness gym in Patterson St Whyalla. Located only a 2 minute jog from Hummock Hill and 5 minute jog to the beach, it’s perfectly situated for outdoor training sessions.

From 166kg to 126kg & a 5km run - what’s your excuse not to smash your goals?  Erin’s dedication and commitment to herself and her goals are shown every time she workouts, everytime she meal preps and everytime she wakes up in the morning  Erin’s passion and motivation reminds me why I became a PT, from her comments, attitude and behaviour, I would not have her any other way  5km in 37 minutes 38 seconds
